- WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7-15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

You may refuse to accept the item while delivery. In case of a packed item, do not open the original package. The specifications will be available on the box.We will arrange and deliver the replacement to your address.

All Krocer.com products (Except accessories) comes with a default 1 year manufactureres warranty. To extend the warranty to 1 or 2 more years, simply visit our website support link(in process) for updates.

Yes, all products advertised on Krocer.com are new, we procure directly from the authorized supplier or manufacturer in the region so each item you receive will come with the original manufacturer sealed packaging .

Yes, all products purchased at Krocer.com come with a Warranty. The Invoice is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Extended warranty can also be purchased through Krocer.com.
